The low FODMAP problem
If you or someone in your family suffers from a digestive problem that requires eating low FODMAP foods, you know what a nightmare meal planning can be. Searching for recipes that you can eat, then creating your shopping list can take hours. On top of that, there’s the nagging fear that your family won’t like the recipes you choose. Maybe the recipes will be bland, or otherwise bad. This process not only costs you hours of your life, but adds unneeded stress, which can compound problems for IBS sufferers. You need a low FODMAP meal planning service.
The meal planning solution
Tricky gut is here to alleviate your stress and give you back your time.
Tricky gut is a meal planning service that delivers delicious recipes to your inbox on whatever schedule you’d like. Select any combination of breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes (with sides!) each week. Included is a shopping list that totals up all the ingredients you’ll use to make these flavorful dishes.
But, there are already low FODMAP meal plans available. What makes Tricky Gut so special?I’m glad you asked! For one, we don’t provide curated meal plans that repeat the same set of recipes every few weeks. Our meal planning engine selects new meal plans implements our unique algorithm every time it runs, so you won’t get bored with that same old scheme. Additionally, we’ve got big plans on our road map that will keep us unique in our market. For instance, we’ll be implementing a rating system so you won’t continue to get recipes you don’t like, and you will get recipes you like more often. We’ve got bold plans that we’ll be talking about as time goes on.
